MocaList Guide: How to Join Token Sales with $MOCA

MocaList is a token launch platform created by Mocaverse and CoinList with a mission to curate token sales of high-quality culture and entertainment projects for holders of Moca NFT, $MOCA Coin, Moca IDs, and the CoinList community.

The new launchpad allows both Mocaverse and CoinList communities to participate in exclusive token sales and tap into the success of the Moca Network, which includes CoinList and Animoca Brands’ portfolio of 540+ Web3 projects!

Everyone is welcome to join MocaList Sales, but $MOCA Stakers & Coinlist Karma users will have priority allocation based on their tiers.

Each sale will specify:

  1. Guaranteed Allocation & Raffled Allocation odds for each Staking Tier & Coinlist Karma Tier (snapshot taken at the end of the sale)
  2. Minimum & maximum fund commitment
  3. Accepted currencies
  4. Token information (tokenomics, project background etc.)
  5. Vesting details (if any)

Note: No Staking Power is burned for participating in a sale, it does not affect your Staking Tier.

Two types of token allocations:

✅ Guaranteed Allocation

Users with higher Staking or Karma Tiers will receive a guaranteed slots which varies by project. These are fulfilled first, before the raffle round.

🎟️ Raffled Allocation

Remaining allocation is randomly allocated with boosters based on committed funds and Staking Tier. Higher tier = higher odds booster = high chance to secure an allocation

Allocation results will be announced shortly after the sale concludes.

CoinList Set-Up Guide

To prepare for the sale, ensure that your CoinList account is set up:

Step 1: Register for a CoinList account:

  • Visit https://coinlist.co on your desktop and click “Sign Up”
  • Enter your personal information & click “Create Account”
  • Check your inbox for the verification email and click “Verify Your Email” to activate your account

Step 2: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

Once you’ve provided that information, the last step is to secure your account via set up 2FA setup. for your account to further secure your account. We recommend using common 2FA applications like Google Authenticator, Duo, or a Yubikey.

Download and install an authentication app for your phone or tablet: Google Authenticator / Duo Mobile / Microsoft Authenticator

Step 3: Complete KYC

  • Visit https://coinlist.co/kyc
  • Fill in your personal details: name, date of birth, and address. Ensure that your name matches the name listed on your identification documents
  • Upload a utility/bank/credit card statement from the past 3 months as proof of address (name and address must match your personal details)
  • Continue to the Photo Verification step — Scan the QR code with your phone to open the camera
  • Follow the instructions on the app to scan your ID and take a selfie to complete verification
  • Once completed, the pop-up will let you know that your verification data has been successfully submitted
  • If your KYC was rejected you may open a support ticket in the Mocaverse Discord or submit a ticket directly to CoinList through their Help Center.

Step 4: Prepare Funds For The Sale

The accepted funding methods currently for MocaList sales is USDC or USDT. 

CoinList does not charge fees for depositing or withdrawing crypto, but the applicable network may charge fees. See the Fees and Limits page for more information: https://coinlist.co/fees.

To Initiate a Crypto Deposit:

  • Click “Wallet” from within the navigation panel and select the wallet you would like to deposit into
  • Click the “Deposit” button and copy the CoinList wallet address, or scan the QR code

MocaList gives $MOCA stakers and CoinList Karma users priority access to curated token sales from leading culture and entertainment projects.

MocaList Sales will not be accessible to users from the following jurisdictions:
